New Book to Read.....Getting Out

After all the loss freedoms we have been taking in the country (see the wiretap bill, torture bill, 700 mile fence, etc.) this book recently came along and is sure to be a best seller.

Getting Out, available here, is a how to guide for leaving the US. It gives you step by step instruction on what you need to know, where to go, what paperwork to fill out and how to support yourself when you get there. The sample sections that are up on the site are done very well and represent the book well.

Getting Out walks you through the world of the expat: the reasons, the rules, the resources, the tricks of the trade, along with compelling stories and expertise from expatriate Americans on every continent.

Getting Out shows you where you can most easily gain residence and citizenship, where can you live for a fraction of the cost of where you’re living now, and what countries would be most compatible with your lifestyle, gender, age, or political beliefs.
