Korean Air is banning iBooks!

Korean Air is banning both Apple and Dell laptops on all its flights due to the "exploding" battery phenomenon. This unfair ban affects all Dell laptops, but only iBooks and Powerbooks, not the newer MacBook and MacBook Pro lines. Geuss it's time to upgrade :-) Their solution? Take out the batteries and place them into checked luggage. Sigh, guess I won't be going to Korea anytime soon. I guess in the imortal words of the great philosopher Eric Cartman "Screw you guys, I'm goin home!"

The other Korean carrier, Asiana Airlines, says both laptop brands are still alright on their flights. Awwwwww, isn't that nice of them? AKA, sure, we'll take all there business and smile all the way to the bank :-)
